Class Schedule

The schedule for MuscleMansion includes a variety of classes to fit your fitness needs and preferences. Classes are offered Monday through Sunday at various times throughout the day.

Monday through Friday, early risers can start their day with a Cardio Kickboxing or Bootcamp class at 6:00am, followed by a Yoga Flow or Barre class at 7:00am. For those with a little more time in the morning, Spin classes are offered at 9:00am. Lunchtime offers Pilates and Yoga classes at 12:00pm. End the workday with a Body Pump or Strength and Conditioning class at 5:00pm, followed by a Zumba or Cardio Dance class at 6:00pm. Finish off the evening with a Yoga for Stress Relief or Mindful Meditation class at 7:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday offer a variety of classes, including Bootcamp, Spin, Yoga Flow, Pilates, Yoga, and Mindful Meditation.
